Shipping Locations: We ship to all addresses within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times: We offer the following shipping options:

  1. Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.

  2. Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.

  3. Overnight Shipping: Delivery by the next business day for orders placed before 12 PM EST.

Delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors such as weather or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $150.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or absence at the delivery location, the carrier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipments.

Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
